3/4/2022 KazNU will Continue to Lead the Global Hub of the UN "Academic Impact" Program

Al-Farabi KazNU will continue to lead the Global Hub of the United Nations “Academic Impact” Program (UNAI) for Sustainable Development. This was announced by the Head of the Department of Partnerships and Global Interactions of the "Academic Impact" program of the UN Robert Skinner. This is of particular importance in the year of the 30th anniversary of Kazakhstan's accession to the UN.

Al-Farabi Kazakh National University is expanding cooperation with foreign colleagues, achieving high results and new opportunities. Agreements on bilateral cooperation were signed with 550 universities and research centers in 50 countries of the world. Over 100 teachers have improved their qualifications in the world's top 300 universities.

In today's world of technology, there are many ways to produce energy. There will be a warehouse at any production site. But so far there is no possibility to save the main product of the energy sector, i.e. electricity. In the future, large-scale power plants should focus on industrial energy storage and production of various power storage facilities. After all, the rapid development of renewable energy sources has made this task the main issue on the agenda.
