"Welcome Nauryz!"

А festive event "Welcome Nauryz!" held by the Faculty of Pre-university Education and Confucius Institute of аl-Farabi Kazakh National University with the support of the Consulate General of China in Kazakhstan.

Honorary guests of the evening were: the First Vice-rector of al-Farabi University Mukhambetkali Burkitbaev, Consul General of China in Kazakhstan Zhang Wei, Vice-Consul of PRC in RK Go Sin Tsyao, Deputy Consul of China in Kazakhstan on culture and education Van Sin Pin, Director of the Almaty branch of the World Association of Kazakhs Makulbekova Aibope, Director of the Department of imaginary politics and public relations of al-Farabi University Dyssebaev Dauren.

Speaking to the audience, M. M. Burkitbaev spoke about the prestigious place that occupies our University in the world educational process to date, and also focused on the objectives to which the staff of the University should strive. He warmly welcomed the organizers and guests of the event, wishing all new achievements in the field of education of foreigners.

Consul General of China in Kazakhstan Zhang Wei thanked the University for the work on the training of Chinese youth. He stressed that long-term cooperation is fruitful and serves the development of good-neighbourly relations between our countries.

A.M.Makulbekovа told about the state of Affairs in the matter of implementation of the program for the return of Kazakhs to their historical homeland in General and on the implementation of its educational part. Kazakh national University.al-Farabi annually provides high-quality education to young people participating in the repatriation program.

During the holiday, foreign students studying at the Faculty of Pre-university Education, presented to the audience a great concert program in Kazakh, Russian, Chinese languages, which included numbers of different genres. The guests gladly danced along with the students of the Kazakh national dance «Karazhorga» («Black Pacer»).

The event was a clear evidence of internationalism, friendship, unity of representatives of different nationalities gathered in our University.
