KAZNU’S TEACHERS AT THE JAWAHARLAL NERHU UNIVERSITY

As invited professors,Chun Byong-Soon and Myong Soon-ok in the Department of Far East Studies, Faculty of Oriental Studies, visited for special lectures to the undergraduate, master, and doctorate students in the course of Asian Community at School of Language, Literature & Culture Studies of Jawaharlal Nerhu University (JNU) in New Delhi from 24 to 28 October, 2018, with themes “Security in East Asia with nuclear weapon of North Korea” and “Oneness, and Asian Community” respectively. The course has been conducted under the international project of One Asia from One Asia Foundation, and air ticket, accommodation, and honorarium were covered for the above two contributors by the JNU.

The above two lecturers had visited Complutense University of Madrid and Autonomous University of Madrid (Spain), University of Thai Chamber Commerce (Bangkok, Thailand) several times for the same purposes since 2017.

One Asia Foundation supports financially scholars and universities that participate to come together toward Asian Community which pursue prosperity, stability, and co-existence among Asian countries, and is considered as a process to contribute to a peaceful global community. Now over 300 universities of the world including Al Farabi KazNU and JNU are attending at this project.
