GENERAL PRIORITIES

Indonesian University «Universitas Pertamina» is interested in close cooperation with Al-Farabi KazNU. Vice-Rector for Science, Development and Cooperation of the Indonesian University, Mr. Budi W. Soetjipto stated this during a meeting with the leadership of KazNU.

During the negotiations, the Parties discussed perspective areas of scientific and educational cooperation, the possibility of exchanging students, developing a double diploma program.

In the course of the meeting, the First Vice-Rector of KazNU Mukhambetkali Burkitbayev has acquainted the guests with the activities and achievements of KazNU, which today takes the 207th place in the QS ranking among the 800 best universities in the world. In addition, he briefly introduced the guests with the state of cooperation with Indonesian Universities.

It should be noted that cooperation between KazNU and Indonesian Universities began in 2014. Every year, professors and scientists of two Universities exchange experience and take part in international conferences and symposiums at the sites of two HEIs.
