Talents of the First-year Students

The traditional annual amateur art competition «First-year Talents» was held at Al-Farabi KazNU. The event was organized in an online format, demonstrating the youthful passion, excitement and creativity of our freshmen.

It is very pleasing that despite the pandemic and the distance learning format, the competition was held. The first-year students of the university have shown great interest in the event and a willingness to take part in the arts festival.

This year, more than a thousand talented young people took part in the 'First-year Talents' competition. They competed in the following categories: traditional and pop singing, playing guitar, dombra, kobyz, piano and other instruments, poetic creativity, national, classical, modern dance and acting skills.

As a result, true talents have won the competition. The performances of the winners can be evaluated by anyone, and they have been made public on social networking sites. The competition has become a real festival of creativity with songs, non-standard and bright performances. It has once again proved the truth that art elevates the human spirit.

We wish young people to always strive for the heights of creativity, to boldly express themselves by shaping their talents. We sincerely congratulate the youth on their victory!
