Leadership Lectures

The Departments of Middle East and South Asia of the Faculty of Oriental Studies of KazNU held an international «Leadership Lecture» dedicated to the 1150th anniversary of the great thinker Abu Nasr Al-Farabi.

The series of «Leadership Lecture» was addressed primarily to teachers of Arabic language, doctoral and master's degree students and all those interested in the heritage of the great thinker of the East. Its logical continuation was a webinar lecture «New facets of linguistic and logical philosophy of Al-Farabi», organized in online format. The lecture was delivered by Professor Mahmoud Abulhafiz Halafallah, a guest expert on methods of Arabic language programs from the Arab Republic of Egypt. The event was attended by scientists from abroad: Egypt, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan and others.

The lecture was followed by a discussion of philosophical concepts of the great thinker, in which listeners from near and far abroad actively participated. At the end of the event the participants shared their impressions, had an opportunity to ask their questions and get substantial answers to them.
