BRANCH OF KAZNU WILL OPEN AT THE INSTITUTE OF NUCLEAR PHYSICS

The theme of the development and promotion of domestic science and education was devoted to the meeting of the Chairman of the Board - Rector of Al-Farabi KazNU Zhanseit Tuimebayev with representatives of the Institute of Nuclear Physics of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

During the meeting, Rector Zhanseit Tuimebayev stressed that it is necessary to bring the country's science and education to a high international level. The achievements of scientists, the results of specific scientific research should be promoted and popularized. In an age when science is universal, we must strive to make new discoveries, work together and enhance our common prestige, ”he said.

The Institute of Nuclear Physics (FN) of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, founded in 1957, is the leading scientific organization of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of nuclear and solid state physics, radioecological research, nuclear and radiation technologies. The scientific institution has great scientific, technical and production potential.

"Currently, the institute pays special attention to joint research in order to further strengthen foreign relations in these industries. This, in turn, opens up wide opportunities for the exchange of experience. The institute employs about 700 people, of which about 75 doctors and candidates of science. In this regard, I would like to propose to hold a large-scale joint event with the participation of young specialists and open a branch of KazNU at the Institute, ”said Director General of the Institute of Nuclear Physics Batyrzhan Karakozov.

Also during the meeting, the parties discussed other directions of the development of science, the rector Zhanseit Tuimebayev invited the head of the Institute to prepare a project for further cooperation.
