ZHANSEIT TUYMEBAYEV RECEIVED HONORARY GUESTS FROM TAJIKISTAN

Chairman of the Board - Rector of KazNU named after Al-Farabi Zhanseit Tuymebayev received the Deputy Head of the International Relations Department Anushervon Asoev and the Head of the Department of International Law of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan Alisher Saidmukhtorov.

Zhanseit Tuymebayev greeted the honored guests and expressed gratitude for their visit to Kazakhstan. The rector of the university elaborated on the history of the formation of the university and the achievements achieved to date.

“Today, over 400 international cooperation agreements have been signed with leading universities and institutes, within the framework of which various educational and educational programs and scientific and innovative projects are being successfully implemented. Also, KazNU is jointly involved with universities in Tajikistan in Erasmus projects. In addition to the exchange of students and internships, leading scientists are actively involved in the framework of the program "Attracting foreign specialists to universities in Kazakhstan," for lecturing and scientific leadership, ”said the rector of the university.

During the meeting, the parties discussed issues of further building up bilateral cooperation. Zhanseit Tuymebayev expressed his readiness to develop partnership with a higher educational institution of Tajikistan. He also noted that he intends to support initiatives aimed at expanding fruitful cooperation and interaction.

In turn, Alisher Saidmukhtorov highly appreciated the results of the work done by the university in accordance with the requirements of the time. In addition, the honored guests thanked Zhanseit Tuymebayev for the opportunity to meet and offered to make a working visit to Tajikistan.
