DISCUSSED EURASIAN IDEAS IN PHILOSOPHY

In honor of the 80th anniversary of the famous scientist, Doctor of Philosophy, Professor Marat Shamuratovich Khasanov, at the Faculty of Philosophy and Political Science of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, a round table was held on the topic “Eurasian discourse of Kazakh philosophy”.

The round table was devoted to the discussion of the traditions of Eurasian philosophy and modernity, the social and political dimension of Eurasian integration, the ideas of Eurasianism in the context of the 30th anniversary of Kazakhstan's Independence.

At the event, a congratulatory letter was read from the rector of our university, Zhanseit Kanseitovich Tuimebayev. The congratulatory message reads: “Dear Marat Shamuratovich! As an outstanding teacher, scientist and public figure, you made a huge contribution to strengthening the independence of our country in all positions that you held in the field of education and science of the Republic of Kazakhstan. We respect you as a person with the highest moral qualities, capable of combining intellectuality and integrity, based on the implementation, both in life and in science, of the principles of benefit, goodness and truth.

For his outstanding contribution to the development of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, Marat Shamuratovich was awarded the Big Gold Medal of the University. The award was showcased online.

The dean of the Faculty of Philosophy and Political Science, Candidate of Philosophy, Associate Professor Bekzhan Meirbayev and Head of the Department of Philosophy, Candidate of Philosophical Sciences Aset Kuranbek warmly congratulated the jubilee on the significant date on behalf of the department and faculty staff. Congratulations from well-known professional communities and institutions, scientists and philosophers from near and far abroad were also announced at the event. Congratulations were made by Dmitry Safranov, Ph.D. of Cambridge University, Director of the Gilles Gaston Center, Professor Pascal Taranto, Director General of the Institute of Philosophy, Political Science and Religion, Doctor of Sociological Sciences, Professor, Academician of the National Academy of Sciences Serik Turarovich Seidumanov and others. Sincere congratulations from well-known scientists and centers, complemented by online video congratulations from students.

were also presented to the attention of all those gathered at the online round table. The event was attended by over 100 scientists, professors, students, undergraduates, who wished the hero of the day health, longevity and creative success.
