HAPPY PROFESSION OF A JOURNALIST

At the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, Deputy of the Mazhilis of the Republic of Kazakhstan, laureate of the State Prize, Doctor of Philology, Professor Sauytbek Abdrakhmanov delivered a leadership lecture on the topic "Journalist's Baggage". The event was organized as part of the 70th anniversary of the master of the pen.

Within the framework of the event, a photo exhibition “Sauytbek Abdrakhmanov: A Worker. Journalist. Editor "dedicated to the work of a talented writer. The exposition presented the author's books published in different years, creative and research works telling about his activities.

Sauytbek Abdrakhmanov worked with great responsibility and high dedication in any of the genres of journalism. During the event, public figure Sauytbek Abdrakhmanov drew attention to problematic issues that conceptually rethink the responsibility of journalists to society, training young specialists: “The time has come when the concept of citizen journalism is becoming more and more relevant. Today, everyone can, on an equal basis with a journalist, write and publish material on any issue, shoot a video on their smartphone and distribute it. In these conditions, the responsibility assigned to journalists increases significantly. And welcomes blogging journalism training. There is simply no other way out. "

During the lecture, the professor once again reminded that "The profession of a journalist is a happy profession." “I do not deviate from my opinion. This activity provides a lot of opportunities for improvement and personal growth of a person. Thanks to my profession, I have visited all corners of our country and met different people, ” he said.

At the end of the lecture, Sauytbek Abdrakhmanov answered the questions of teachers and students, shared his many years of experience.
