SHARED EXPERIENCE IN THE MEDIA SPHERE

A meeting with the publisher, journalist, editor-in-chief of the Kazakh version of Forbes Kazakhstan magazine Bakytzhan Bukharbay was held at the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University within the framework of the “Studio of KazNU” project of the trade union of students and undergraduates “Sunkar”.

The event was opened by the director of the department for educational work Zhuldyz Yesimova, who, on behalf of the students, thanked the guest for the visit and the opportunity to get acquainted with the “cuisine” of modern Kazakhstani journalism, having learned the details firsthand.

The guest of the studio recalled with pleasure the interesting student days of study at KazNU, where life still rages today, thanked his teachers for the baggage of valuable knowledge gained during the years of study. He freely talked with young people about the Forbes Kazakhstan magazine, the publishing house, talked about how articles and books were born, shared his experience in the field of media.

The editor of the popular publication talked about future projects and creative plans, gave professional advice, recommended reading useful books that will help hone skills that will come in handy at work. Ardently insisting that the answers to all questions can be found in books, he urged students to always keep abreast of world news, but respect the eternal values ​​accumulated by civilization.

During the meeting, Bukharbai answered questions from students. Then the game "KazNU Studio" took place in the traditional format.

At the end of the evening, the guest was presented with a letter of gratitude from the university and a seven-volume collection of works by the great thinker of the East Al-Farabi.
