THE DEPARTMENT OF PRACTICAL JURISPRUDENCE OPENED

At the International Center for the Development of Science at Al-Farabi KazNU, the opening ceremony of the interuniversity department of practical jurisprudence was held, timed to coincide with the 30th anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The solemn event was attended by representatives of law enforcement and judicial authorities, the Faculty of International Relations of KazNU, specialized publications, scientists and public figures.

The creation of the department at the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University was dictated by the time and the need for a new, modern approach to the training of legal personnel. This decision was preceded by the joint constructive work of the International Center for the Development of Science and the Specialized Interdistrict Administrative Court of the city of Almaty.

As the acting head of the center Oleg Esenov noted, the mission of the department is to organize the legal practice of students in law enforcement, judicial and other state bodies, to form a personnel reserve in the civil service, and to improve the system of practical application of scientific knowledge. In the near future, within the walls of the country's leading university, judges will take part in elective courses on law enforcement and judicial practice, as well as legal lectures.

In his welcoming speech, the Acting Chairman of the Specialized Interdistrict Administrative Court of the city of Almaty Ulan Kazhyken emphasized the importance of strengthening partnership in the development of administrative justice, expressing gratitude to the leadership of the center for all possible support of the court's initiative in creating the department and confidence in its effective work, achieving final results in the interests of both parties.

As part of the event, the parties comprehensively discussed the activities of the department, some aspects of research activities and recognized that their partnership is mutually beneficial, since the system of administrative justice, like the judicial system as a whole, is interested in training qualified personnel, including those with knowledge of foreign languages. ...

Let us recall that earlier, the Specialized Interdistrict Administrative Court of the city of Almaty established cooperation in the development of administrative justice with the International Center for the Development of Science.
