MASTER STUDENTS OF THE KAZNU ARE INTERNSHIP AT HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS OF TURKEY

Within the framework of cooperation and implementation of joint educational projects, undergraduates of KazNU named after Al-Farabi undergo research practice at universities in Turkey.

The integration of the university into the world scientific and educational space is one of the strategic goals for the internationalization of Al-Farabi KazNU. In order to increase the status of the university, its recognition, as well as expand the network of the university as a leading exporter of educational services, international educational projects are being implemented at the university.

Today, KazNU actively cooperates with more than 20 Turkish universities. This is a big step in the development of bilateral relations, which provide for the implementation of projects within the framework of academic mobility, the exchange of teachers and students, and joint scientific research.

This spring, 247 undergraduates from eight faculties of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University are doing research practice at the universities of Turkey: Yıldız Techical University, Istanbul Technical University, Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa, Antalya Bilim University, Marmara University, Ankara University.

Undergraduates of the faculties of geography and environmental management, information technology, medicine and health care, philology, history, journalism, legal international relations, philosophy and political science were able to expand their professional horizons, improve their skills, acquire new knowledge. Doctoral students and representatives of the teaching staff also completed internships at leading universities in Turkey.

Double-degree programs are being implemented jointly with Turkish universities in the following areas: robotics, journalism, history and law, medicine. It is also planned to implement international Erasmus projects.
