APPOINTMENT OF NEW DEANS

New deans of seven faculties have been appointed at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University.

By order of the Chairman of the Board – Rector of the Kazakh National Research University named after Al-Farabi Zhanseit Tuimebayev, Candidate of Philological Sciences Nurzhan Kuantayuly was appointed Dean of the Faculty of Journalism.

A new dean of the Faculty of History, Candidate of Historical Sciences Dosbol Suleimenovich Baigunakov was selected on a competitive basis.

Candidate of Physical and Mathematical Sciences Nurzada Abdibekkyzy Beisen passed the competitive selection for the vacant position of Dean of the Faculty of Physics and Technology of KazNU.

Duman Kurmangazievich Zhekenov was assigned for the position of The Dean of the Faculty of International Relations was also chosen.

Candidate of Philological Sciences Sabit Kurmanzhanuly Suatay became the new dean of the Faculty of Pre-university Education.

Alina Kulbaeva Galeeva has passed a competitive selection for the position of Dean of the Faculty of Chemistry and Chemical Technology.

By the decision of the commission, Bekzhan Berikbayevich Meirbayev was selected for the position of Dean of the Faculty of Philosophy and Political Science.

The new deans have assumed their duties since the beginning of the new academic year.
