WEEKLY REVIEW OF THE ACTIVITY OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD – RECTOR OF AL-FARABI KAZAKH NATIONAL UNIVERSITY ZHANSEIT TUIMEBAYEV

Zhanseit Tuimebayev met with the staff of Kazprom-Almaty and explained the election program to the staff, as part of the campaign work of the Almaty city public headquarters of the candidate for President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev.

The Rector made a presentation at the International Scientific and Practical Conference "New Kazakhstan and the Idea of Fair Society in the Work of Sherkhan Murtaza" dedicated to the 90^th anniversary of the birth of the writer Sherkhan Murtaza.

The head of KazNU met with Professor of Lomonosov Moscow State University Suleiman Allahverdiyev, who gave a leadership lecture at the university. The parties discussed the prospects for cooperation and the implementation of joint scientific and educational projects between the two universities.

Zhanseit Tuimebayev got acquainted with the activities of the Department of Information and Communications and the Press Center, where major repairs were carried out. Zhanseit Kanseituly highly appreciated the joint work of the press service and identified further directions.

The head of the University took part in the opening ceremony of the dormitory No. 5 with 356 places and congratulated the students on the housewarming.
