KAZNU SIGNED A MEMORANDUM WITH AKIMAT OF ALMATY REGION

Chairman of the Board – Rector of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University Zhanseit Tuimebayev took part in the regional forum "Tugan Jerge Tagzim", where a memorandum of cooperation between the university and the Akimat of Almaty region was signed.

The forum was attended by Akim of Almaty region Marat Sultangaziev, Vice-Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan Ilyas Userov, Vice-Minister of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kairat Torebayev, Vice-Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan Zhenis Oserbai, Vice-Minister of Ecology, Geology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan Aliya Shalabekova, Chairman of the Board of JSC "Entrepreneurship Development Fund "Damu" Gauhar Buribayeva, First Deputy Chairman of the Board of JSC "Baiterek" Nurbolat Aidapkelov, mass media, etc.

During the forum, the Akimat of Almaty region and the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University signed a Memorandum on establishing partnerships and developing effective cooperation. The agreement includes joint activities for planning events, development and implementation of scientific and technical expertise of projects, programs, exchange of information and other types of work.
