As part of a working visit to London, Chairman of the Board – Rector of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University Zhanseit Tuimebayev met with doctoral students of KazNU who are studying at King's College London.
PhD students of the Faculty of Biology and Biotechnology of the 3rd year B. Genievskaya and M. Ermagambetova told about their studies and research work, which takes place at the John Innes Center in Norwich.
It should be noted that King's College London is one of the largest and most prestigious universities in England. It was founded in 1829 and is recognized as one of the world's leading universities in the field of education and research. The university is ranked the 12th in the UK in terms of the number of students (33,000).
The head of the University stressed that KazNU, integrating into the global scientific and educational space, should produce highly qualified and competitive specialists. And for this, the university has created all the conditions and opportunities that students of KazNU should take advantage of and make every effort for the prosperity of their country.
