About the program
Training of specialists who are capable of analyzing and forecasting political processes. The program will allow working in the field of public administration, becoming an expert and consultant in civil society institutions, and a political strategist in election campaigns.
Graduate model
1.Explain the basic concepts, ideas, theories and methods of modern political science, as well as the main directions of evolution and patterns of development of science;
2.Explain the basic theories of power, public administration, the peculiarities of the functioning of power relations in society;
3.Master research methods in political science, the skills of independent search, processing and analysis of information, the use of modern information and communication technologies in solving professional problems;
4.Carry out a comparative analysis of modern political systems, political cultures, the development of political processes in foreign countries;
5.Determine the effectiveness of the institutions through which political activity is carried out;
6.Define mechanisms for planning, organizing and conducting political and communication campaigns aimed at achieving specific political results: political advertising, political marketing; political consulting, public relations management, technologies of interaction with the media;
7.Develop a methodology and program of applied political research aimed at preparing innovation projects and analytical programs for political decisions;
8.Participate in monitoring and diagnosing the political situation, developing political scenarios and alternative economic and political development of the country;
9.Perform organizational and managerial functions in public authorities, political parties, public associations, youth organizations and other structures that require effective management skills;
10.Know the specifics of media coverage of political events, methods of expert assessment of the domestic and international political agenda, identification of political, economic and ecological risks and threats;
11.Prepare texts for public speeches, analytical documents (information and operational, analytical and forecast, information and explanatory) intended for the development and adoption of political decisions;
12.Develop communication skills in a professional environment, the ability to self-educate and improve their qualifications in different areas after completing the educational program in order to strengthen the unity and solidarity of the country, increase the intellectual potential of society.
