MODEL OF GRADUATING STUDENT

Upon completion of this program, it is expected that students will be able to:
ON1. analyze and summarize information on ethical, spiritual and cultural values, on the traditions and culture of the peoples of Kazakhstan, on the basic laws and forms of regulation of social behavior; knowledge accumulated in the field of physical culture and sports: about personality traits involved in patriotism education, prevention of deviant behavior, the formation of a healthy lifestyle, the need for regular physical education.
ON2. to assess the economic, political and social problems of Kazakhstan for the formation of a conscious attitude of various groups of the population to physical culture and sports activities and motivational-value orientation and the installation of a healthy lifestyle.
ON3. to determine the anatomical, morphological, physiological, biochemical, biomechanical, psychological and pedagogical features of physical culture and sports activities and the nature of its influence on the human body, taking into account gender and age.
ON4. to apply means and methods of physical culture, knowledge and skills of planning, control and correction of the training process and preparedness at the stages of long-term training of athletes and those involved in physical culture.
ON5. conduct training sessions on basic sports and exercise sports training taking into account the characteristics of those engaged on the basis of the laws of growth of the organism’s development, didactics and theories and methods of physical culture and the requirements of educational standards.
ON6. identify the relationship of the influence of psychological and pedagogical foundations, especially the impact of physical exercises of different intensity and focus on the body in people of different sexes and the level of sports qualifications and use these features when planning training sessions in schools, sports schools and national teams in preparing for competitions.
ON7. to use the means of the basic types and the chosen sport for the formation of the skills of a healthy lifestyle when conducting training, recreational and recreational activities with people of different sex and age.
ON8. evaluate the technical and tactical, physical abilities and functional status of the students, the technique of physical exercises and massage.
