About the program

The main purpose of the educational program is to prepare graduates for professional activities in all sectors of the economy, professionally owning the principles and concepts of logistics activities, able to solve the problem of improving the competitiveness of enterprises through the use of modern logistics methods.

Graduate model

1.To organize the activities of subordinate services and departments in accordance with the strategic objectives of the enterprise in the field of logistics based on the principles of the organization of the production system
2.Valuate the surrounding reality on the basis of worldview positions formed by knowledge of the fundamentals of philosophy for scientific understanding and study of the natural and social world
3.Apply regulations in the logistics of goods distribution on the basis of the rules and procedure for preparing transport, accompanying, transport and forwarding documents to manage cargo flows in terminals, multimodal transport, customs, industrial and warehouse complex and city logistics.
4.Interpret the fundamentals of economic theory, government regulation, finance, accounting, statistics, management and marketing to approve logistics content in accordance with its approaches, principles and concepts
5.To develop effective schemes of relationships in the process of providing logistics services for cargo transportation in the supply chain, using the quality management system of transport services
6.Design logistics processes based on lean manufacturing tools for making strategic, tactical and operational decisions in the logistics system
7.To engage in communication in oral and written forms in Kazakh, Russian and foreign languages to solve problems of interpersonal, intercultural and professional communication, demonstrating personal and professional competitiveness
8.Onduct monitoring using quantitative and qualitative analysis methods to optimize logistics costs and processes when making strategic decisions in logistics
9.Evelop possible routes, schemes of cargo transportation from the point of departure to the destination using different modes of transport based on operational and calendar planning of transport operations
10.Implement models and methods for determining the rational level of working capital and stocks with a fixed frequency, with a fixed size to optimize logistics processes in the functional areas of logistics
11.To organize timely material and technical support of production with the help of an active supply system (ASS-Active Supply System), the MRP concept using "Pull" (Pull) and "Push" (Push) technologies of production logistics
12.Formulate personal judgments containing scientific positions on the manifestations in the systematization of key directions for improving logistics processes, taking into account the need to implement innovative technologies in production and management
