About the program
The purpose of the educational program is the high-quality training of competent and competitive specialists based on a practice-oriented approach, which involves the active mastery of professional skills of analytical and critical thinking in accordance with the requirements of the labor market. The implementation of the educational program is aimed at forming a specialist with high professional and personal qualities, providing him with a priority demand and sustainable competitiveness in the labor market and ample opportunities for self-realization in law enforcement.
Graduate model
1.To carry out a comprehensive analysis of the constitutional process and constitutional proceedings in the Republic of Kazakhstan, the classification of obligations in civil law; analyze the forensic, expert practice, the use of evidence in the conduct of pre-trial investigation, the production of pre-trial investigation, the procedural basis of forensic medical examination, forensic psychiatric examination; to carry out the production of forensic expertise, interaction with the bodies appointing expertise.
2.Carry out proceedings on administrative cases, prosecutorial checks, pre-trial investigation, pre-trial investigation in protocol form; evaluate and diagnose theoretical and practical problems of criminal, civil liability; develop grounds for exhumation, make optimal organizational and managerial decisions in non-standard situations; to conduct forensic research according to the methods and / or method of forensic research; critically evaluate and analyze the processes related to the protection of rights and interests as consumers of financial services through the use of financial instruments, including digital technologies.
3.Classify sources of civil law, financial, tax, environmental law, types of special proceedings in civil and criminal proceedings; operate with the conceptual apparatus of legal psychology; demonstrate the latest information technologies in the implementation of professional activities, including work in the information base "Lawyer", "Adilet";technologies in the implementation of professional activities, including work in the information base "Lawyer", "Adilet";
4.To evaluate the political, legal, and psychological ideas of Abai Kunanbayev, as well as the social-ethical and inclusive characteristics and values of society; to interpret the essence and form of the state and law; to apply the norms of substantive and procedural law in professional practice; to fulfill professional duties in ensuring legality and the rule of law, the security of the individual, society, and the state; to analyze the strategy for implementing the legal policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan; to participate in managing the work (content) of a project.
5.Analyze the state, dynamics, structure of modern crime, the legal status, competencies and powers of law enforcement officers, the conditions and grounds for conducting covert investigations, the order of judicial debate in the main court proceedings; to carry out a psychological portrait and to make a psychological characteristic of the persons who committed criminal offenses; to interpret / process the results of forensic examination, to correctly draw up the conclusions of an expert (specialist).
6.To assess the legal mechanisms for ensuring the rule of law and public order, the effectiveness of methods for combating crime, particularly corruption, the causes of legal nihilism, errors in judicial and investigative practice, and the state of implementation of key directions of criminal policy; to develop a system for the regulation of social and labor relations and to implement systems for the regulation of social and labor relations
7.Apply the main provisions of the constitutional and legal legislation on higher and local representative and executive bodies, on the electoral system, on the constitutional foundations of the organization of the activities of law enforcement agencies, court and prosecutor’s offices, administrative, criminal, civil, financial, tax, environmental, and criminal executive laws. ; make optimal organizational and managerial decisions in non-standard situations; To carry out procedures for registration of documents, filing applications for registered results of intellectual activity, to assist the author in protecting his personal non-property rights in terms of preparing the necessary documents.
8.Describe the main theories of the origin of the state, the legal aspects of state regulation and management in the Republic of Kazakhstan, the basic institutions of civil law, the main provisions of the current criminal legislation; the main provisions of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the basic institutions of financial, tax, environmental law;
9.Analyze the main directions of development of the constitutional and legal legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the specifics of constitutional reforms of 2007, 2017, the main directions of development of the criminal executive legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the specifics of the reforms of 1997, 2014, the laws governing law enforcement, the laws of consistent thinking, isolate and take into account the specifics and problems of psychological factors in the criminal structure of action and situation;

12.Analyze information from various sources, in global computer networks, use the data of sociology, economics, psychology for their professional purposes, make decisions on a controversial issue and find ways to resolve problematic situations in the criminal law sphere.
