Training of a new generation of highly qualified lawyers in the field of corporate law who meet the dynamically changing requirements in the modern labor market and the international level of professional education.

1.He knows and understands the basic patterns of the history of Kazakhstan, the basics of philosophical, socio-political, economic and legal knowledge, socio-ethical, inclusive features and values of society, communication in oral and written forms in Kazakh, Russian and a foreign language;
2.He uses various types of information and communication technologies in his personal activities: Internet resources, cloud and mobile services for searching, storing, processing, protecting and distributing information, knows the role of AI in identifying, preventing and analyzing corruption risks, has skills in overcoming corruption taking into account modern digital technologies and AI analytical tools.
3.Uses scientific methods and research techniques of a specific science, as well as the entire socio-political cluster, develops its own moral and civic position, demonstrates personal and professional competitiveness;
4.Analyzes regulatory legal acts in order to form local corporate documents and implement judicial protection of the rights of corporate legal entities.
5.Summarizes and uses judicial practice in order to ensure the protection of the rights of corporate legal entities and their participants.
6.Competently selects the strategy of legal support for projects of legal entities related to the creation, use and promotion of financial technologies.
7.Competently applies regulatory legal acts in the implementation of modern IT methods of corporate finance management.
8.Assesses the legal risks in the implementation of financial technologies in the field of optimizing the capital structure of an economic entity, the formation of its investment and dividend policy.
9.Competently applies the provisions of legislation in the creation and promotion of new financial technologies by legal entities.
10.Develops methodological recommendations for the preparation of internal corporate documents and contracts, organize expert consulting activities consisting in the preparation of opinions on normative acts and acts of their interpretation, give qualified legal opinions.
11.Organizes the participation of corporations in competitive obligations arising on the basis of tenders (tender, auction), through which the relationship of the parties is regulated; identify similarities and differences between different types of competitive obligations
12.Integrates knowledge that substantiates the pre-trial procedure for resolving corporate disputes aimed at resolving disagreements without the intervention of judicial authorities, qualified drafting of claims and other written notifications that allow resolving the conflict without going to court
