MODEL OF GRADUATING STUDENT

Upon completion of this educational program, it is expected that doctoral students will be able to:
1. Assess the level of compliance of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan with international law; carry out the development and expert evaluation of international and domestic regulatory acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. Apply to specific situations the norms of international law and domestic legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of state regulation of foreign economic activity; to negotiate with partners for the conclusion of foreign trade transactions.
3. Analyze, from a historical and legal point of view, international legal standards on human rights and ensure their observance and protection in state and non-state institutions and organizations, law enforcement and judicial bodies.
4. Apply the legal norms governing judicial, prosecutorial-investigative, advocacy and notarial activities, to draw up legal and procedural documents, to own the basics of public speaking in the state, Russian and foreign languages.
5. Systematize and summarize foreign policy and international legal information, prepare references and analytical reviews on the membership of the Republic of Kazakhstan in international organizations, legal regulation of the economy and business; diplomacy and international security.
6. Give qualified legal opinions and advice; perform legal actions in strict accordance with international law and legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan; prepare drafts of legal, international legal and foreign policy documents.
7.Prevent offenses, identify and eliminate the causes and conditions conducive to their perpetration; to assess and prosecute illegal behavior; uncover, investigate, qualify a crime.
8. Speak orally and in writing a foreign language at a professional level, to apply it in professional activities; apply modern information and communication technologies for information retrieval, data calculation, reporting, business correspondence.
9. Conduct research, including the use of information technology; evaluate the results obtained; present the results of scientific activity in oral and written forms; write scientific essays, reports, research papers, research papers, participate in research projects.
10. Effectively organize the implementation of professional activities of international lawyer, constantly improve their skills and be prepared to continue their education in the magistracy.
11. Carry out a systematic, comprehensive analysis of historical, legal, philosophical, religious picture of the world, to demonstrate the ability of scientific reasoning, conducting scientific debate.
