MODEL OF GRADUATING STUDENT
Upon completion of this program, it is expected that undergraduates will be able to
1) to formulate the principles, laws and theories of natural and technical sciences underlying chemical and physical methods of analysis;
2) conduct chemical analysis of substances and materials by various methods;
3) reasonably choose the most effective method of analysis for solving specific problems;
4) classify technological schemes, processes and equipment for the production and processing of substances and materials;
5) draw up legal documentation necessary for the implementation of the goals of analytical control and certification of chemical products;
6) carry out verification, validation and development of measurement methods based on international standardized laboratory practices (ISO 9001, 17025, GLP, GMP);
7) use modern equipment for sample preparation, chemical analysis and diagnostics of materials;
8) carry out quality control of raw materials, intermediate technological products and finished products by chemical and physical methods;
9) interact with society and the professional environment in the framework of the implementation of the tasks;
10) demonstrate an understanding of the structure and content of legal documentation in the field of metrology, standardization, certification and labor safety;
11) carry out planning, processing and storage of information on the composition of substances and materials using new generation laboratory information systems;
12) participate in intralaboratory control, interlaboratory comparative tests, certification of measurement methods, accreditation of analytical laboratories.
