3. Analyzes the impact of behavioral, social and environmental determinants on the health of the population
4. Owns the methodology of accounting and statistical processing of infectious and non-communicable diseases
5. Identifies and confirms cause-and-effect relationships between the morbidity of the population and various internal and external factors
6. Analyzes the performance of health organizations and demographic indicators of public health.
7. Monitors, analyzes and evaluates data on the state of health and the degree of sanitary and epidemiological well-being of the population
8. Develops and manages measures for the promotion and protection of public health, prevention of infectious and non-communicable diseases, evaluates their effectiveness.
9. Applies critical thinking skills while participating in the development of management solutions for public health protection at different levels of public health
10. Organizes epidemiological surveillance of infections in emergency situations and border protection from the import and spread of particularly dangerous infections
11. Builds effective personal and intersectoral interaction with government agencies, organizations, the public, the media to effectively solve public health problems using new technologies
