MODEL OF GRADUATING STUDENT
ON1. Analyze the history, theory, methodology and current state of development of Turkological research in Kazakhstan and abroad; tangible and intangible cultural monuments and sources of the Turkic peoples.
ON2. To classify the features of the development of Nomad culture, the historical periods of the Turkic peoples and the processes of change of the Kipchak, Oguz and Karluk language groups.
ON3. To use the Turkological sources of the ancient and medieval periods for the analysis of written monuments on the basis of modern theoretical and methodological research methods with the conceptual specifics of Turkological knowledge.
ON4. To solve the problems of the basic concepts in the field of the theory of Turkic literature in practice for the analysis of the artistic works of the Turkic peoples.
ON5. Systematically assess the main trends and patterns of socio-economic, political flourishing and decline of ancient and medieval tribal and state associations of the history of the Turkic peoples in the context of the world-historical process.
ON6. The ability to freely interpret and creatively use scientific, historical and philosophical knowledge to generalize the success factors of the Kazakh development model on the way to an established state - the Republic of Kazakhstan.
ON7. To demonstrate comparative studies on grammar, vocabulary, linguoculturology and ethnolinguistics of the Turkic peoples.
ON8. To characterize the specifics of ancient Turkic monuments from the point of view of its genre diversity the texts of the Turkic runic script;
ON9. To construct texts of the Chagatai and Ottoman script, by logical interpretation on modern graphics.
ON10. Apply the acquired knowledge in the field of the studied language and literature, communication theory, philological analysis and interpretation of the text in their own research activities.
ON11. Speak Turkic languages (Turkish, Kazakh); have an idea of the Chagatai, Ottoman languages, features of the ancient Turkic language.
ON12. To substantiate the modern problems of political and economic development of the Turkic states and peoples, the ideas of the ethno-confessional and ethno-conflictological nature of the Middle and Middle East;
ON13. Сommunication, tolerantly perceiving social, ethnic, confessional and cultural differences, and in the legal, environmental and business sphere in compliance with the norms of republic and international legislation; to present the results of scientific research taking into account personal goals and be able to work in a team.
