MODEL OF GRADUATING STUDENT

Upon completion of this program, it is expected that undergraduates will be able to:
1. integrate the system of fundamental knowledge of natural, social and human sciences into the theory and methodology of elite sports and health-improving physical culture; knowledge accumulated in the field of physical culture and sports about ethical, spiritual and cultural values, about the traditions and culture of the peoples of Kazakhstan for the formation of a healthy lifestyle, the need for regular physical education;
2. systematize modern knowledge of economic, political and social problems of Kazakhstan to form a conscious attitude of various population groups towards physical education and sports activities and motivational and value orientation and attitudes towards leading a healthy lifestyle;
3. determine the anatomical-morphological, physiological, biochemical, biomechanical, psychological and pedagogical features of sports and recreational activities and the nature of its influence on the human body, taking into account gender and age;
4. apply modern methods of pre-medical care and screening of various indicators of educational, training, competitive activity of high-class athletes and those involved in the fields of physical culture and sports;
5. argue and justify the adequacy of the choice of forms, means and methods of the system of training athletes and strengthening, restoring psychophysical health, taking into account the age periods of ontogenesis, individual characteristics, living conditions, physical activity and motivation;
6. identify the relationships between the influence of psychological and pedagogical foundations, rational nutrition, the characteristics of the impact of physical exercises of different intensity and focus on the body in people of different genders and levels of sports qualifications and use these features when planning educational and training sessions in the fitness industry, youth sports schools and national teams in preparation for competitions;
7. develop and implement modern comprehensive training programs for highly qualified athletes and various groups of athletes based on management, rational operation of sports facilities and equipment;
8. use fitness and crossfit tools, as well as basic types and selected sports, to develop healthy lifestyle skills, norms for the use of sports facilities when conducting training, recreational, health-improving activities with people of different genders and ages;
9. evaluate the effectiveness of various training programs according to: evaluation standards, adaptation and reaction of the body, dynamics of physical development, technical-tactical, physical and functional readiness of those involved;
10. analyze, summarize, interpret and formalize the results of your own research in scientific publications and develop marketing plans based on scientifically based management, taking into account the real conditions of the development of the sports services market;
11. adapt socially significant functions of sport, features of the anatomical structure of the body, biomechanics of motor actions, psychophysiological and biochemical processes of the human body, as a single interconnected biosystem, to the practical aspects of physical recreation and sports;
12. develop, popularize and promote the scope of their professional activities on the basis of systemic theoretical and methodological principles of sports science, physical culture and sports management; build mutually beneficial business relationships with a wide range of specialists.
