About the program
The goal of the program is to train highly qualified specialists in the fields of state, international, research, teaching, expert, organizational and managerial activities, Analytics and consulting. To develop the following professional and personal qualities in doctoral students: flexibility of thinking, concentration and switching of attention, accuracy of perception, logical thinking, ability to generalize, creative imagination, interest in achieving maximum results of scientific and teaching activities. Also generate new knowledge in the field of religious studies, solve scientific problems with the use of interdisciplinary research from scientific-based methodological positions and generalization of the latest scientific concepts; able to independently conduct research and field research. Independently set and solve scientific, pedagogical and industrial tasks, as well as actively contribute to the scientific, socio-economic and spiritual development of Kazakhstan.

2.To design educational and methodical documentation on educational disciplines in accordance with the profile of training
3.Develop methods and technologies for creating innovative products/services in the Office of Internal Policy
4.Plan the scientific and synergistic effects of research information on complex self-evolving and self-organizing social, political and religious systems
5.To use in professional activity theoretical and applied methods of studying religion, methods of forecasting and modeling in modern religious studies
6.Apply innovative methods of religious analysis and religious expertise
7.Publish scientific articles and monographs on topical issues of religious studies
8.Use professional knowledge in consultations on various issues of religion and activities of religious associations
