MODEL OF GRADUATING STUDENT

Upon completion of this program, doctoral students are expected to be able to:
ON1 to conduct scientific research of ethnosocial and ethno-cultural development of the peoples of the world in cooperation with socio-political and economic processes on the basis of comparative analysis of modern achievements of Ethnology
ON2 to organize and conduct research expeditions and field trips on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan and abroad on the profile of the work; to integrate interdisciplinary knowledge into the research process on the problems of archeology and Ethnology in order to describe and analyze modern research approaches
ON3 conduct archaeological and ethnological monitoring in the regions of Kazakhstan, organize and conduct exhibitions, seminars, conferences; make expert conclusions on scientific projects and scientific reports on archaeological and ethnographic research
ON4 to carry out educational activities on programs of ethnographic education, Museum work; to create audio and video materials for scientific and educational purposes; to present the results of educational and research activities in the form of scientific reports, abstracts
ON5 develop scientific forecasts and conduct expertise on the problems of history, culture, interethnic relations and archaeological material; critically evaluate the results of scientific research, modern theories, problems and approaches, new trends in the study of archeology and Ethnology
ON6 to design and implement a comprehensive archaeological and ethnographic research, including interdisciplinary, using a holistic system of scientific Outlook; to assess the validity of the methods used in scientific research
ON7 to use modern methods and technologies of scientific communication in the state and foreign languages, the organization of research and production works, in the management of the team, to influence the formation of team goals, to influence its socio-psychological climate in the right direction to achieve the goals, to assess the quality of performance
ON8 to improve the methods of field archaeological research, to introduce modern technologies of identification and examination of archaeological monuments, to realize the need to revise previously studied monuments in the context of the latest discoveries in archeology; to implement research work using GIS research methods.
ON9 to create an information base of archaeological research, digitization in the placement on the Internet; to develop information systems that integrate the results of field work and data on the most important ancient and medieval cultures in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan
ON10 to conduct interdisciplinary research, comprehensive study of archaeological materials in cooperation with scientific specialists of natural science and technology; to develop an original methodology for the study of archaeological sites and information support of research and analytical project activities on the basis of their own research;
ON11 develop historical and socio-political aspects in the activities of information and analytical centers, public, public institutions and organizations, media, institutions of historical and cultural tourism
ON12 to Comply with the norms of interaction in the scientific community, the scientific ethics of the researcher, to be a leader in the team, to take the initiative, to take full responsibility for their decisions within the framework of professional competence, to resolve problem situations arising in the course of professional activity.

  • Description - The purpose of the discipline is to develop the ability to work in modern information systems used in archival and documentation management. The following will be studied: methods of developing information databases, systematization of documents in them, hierarchy of information in the database, organization of implementation and use of technical and software in the development of documentary databases of the archive, document management systems of enterprises.

  • Description - The main purpose of "PhD thesis writing and defence": of a doctoral dissertation is the formation of the doctoral students' ability to disclose the content of research work for the defense of the thesis. During the study of course, doctoral student's should be competent in: 1. to substantiate the content of new scientifically grounded theoretical and experimental results that allow to solve a theoretical or applied problem or are a major achievement in the development of specific scientific directions; 2. explain the assessment of the completeness of the solutions to the tasks assigned, according to the specifics of the professional sphere of activity; 3. they can analyze alternative solutions for solving research and practical problems and assess the prospects for implementing these options; 4. apply the skills of writing scientific texts and presenting them in the form of scientific publications and presentations. 5. to plan and structure the scientific search, clearly highlight the research problem, develop a plan / program and methods for its study, formalize, in accordance with the requirements of the State Educational Establishment, the scientific and qualification work in the form of a thesis for a scientific degree Doctor of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) on specialty «8D07502 – Standardization and certification (by industry)». As a result of mastering the course, students must: - demonstrate systemic knowledge of the genesis and development of audiovisual communications, their role in culture, their interpretations in the field of audiovisual communications; - interpret the role and practical value of audiovisual communication, which is an important component of modern media culture as a phenomenon of the information age. - systematize the types of audiovisual communications, determine the specific features of audiovisual communications, compare and analyze the characteristics of their content in terms of historical and archival knowledge; - evaluate the role of audiovisual communications in the development of traditional and electronic media, determine the forms of using audiovisual communications. As a result of mastering the course, students must: - analyze the main problems of documentation and archival studies in the field of audiovisual documents; - operate with modern approaches to the formation and study of electronic complexes of FPHPHVD in state and departmental archives; - systematize the features of the use and storage of electronic audiovisual documents; - effectively use full-text databases and automated information retrieval systems in research work;For the successful solution of tasks of information and documentary maintenance of management of society and production on the basis of modern electronic and office equipment technician requires knowledge about the origin of the system of kinofotofonodokumentov (CFWD), institutions and organizations, the processes of кинофотофоновидеодокументирования.
