• Scientific and pedagogical direction - Doctor of Philosophy (PhD)

1.Critically evaluate and use research methodology in order to identify current scientific problems and trends in the development of social and economic systems; present the results of independent scientific research in national and international peer-reviewed journals;
2.Apply alternative methods of management analysis and forecasting of socio-economic processes based on classical and modern scientific concepts of management analysis, analyze and systematize information for management decision-making;
3.To carry out analytical and predictive activities using the "triangle of knowledge" model as part of the implementation of the policy of scientific communication with the wider scientific community and employers on the use of innovative technologies in the public administration system.
4.To evaluate the effectiveness of public administration, the activities of public authorities using an integral indicator of public administration, methods for assessing the limitations and capabilities of the public authority system, characterized by process indicators and performance indicators, methods of qualitative assessment of public policy;
5.To carry out scientific and methodological work and conduct scientific research, to organize and conduct educational activities taking into account modern achievements of teaching methods and professional knowledge;
6.To apply in practice the tools of state strategic management of the economy at its various levels to form a system of state planning, develop an economic strategy of the state using methods of strategic analysis;
7.To develop a strategy for the digital transformation of the economy and public administration based on the use of strategic analysis tools; to develop a concept for the digitalization of public services, the introduction of artificial intelligence technology into the current structure of government agencies;
8. To develop the main directions of the state's economic strategy based on a constructive analysis of the country's main strategic documents containing priorities and goals of socio-economic development, taking into account the forecast for the long term.
