ON 1 Evaluate critically and apply the research methodology in economy and management in order to find out current scientific problems and trends in the social and economic systems’ development;
ON2 Develop economic and mathematical models that possess explanatory power in order to analyze economic activity of public enterprises, national companies with application of modern information technology and software products;
ON 3 Project alternative options of public policy, alternative development of spheres / industry via using expert survey methods ("brainstorming", Delphi, projection methods) and target groups (focus groups); research and experiments; generalization and classification of facts and phenomena; comparative analysis and analogies;
ON 4 Usage of scientific research results in order to justify market trends, strategies of macroeconomic agents' behavior, application of effective management decisions at strategic level, critically evaluation and formation of proposals for improving public and local governance;
ON 5 Assess effectiveness of public administration, activities of public authorities by applying an integral indicator of public administration, methods of assessing the limitations and capabilities of the public administration system, characterized by indicators of the process and performance indicators, methods of qualitative assessment of public policy;
ON 6 Monitor the most important macroeconomic indicators characterizing current state and development of the entire world and national economy, as well as at regions’ levels of the country and implement forecasting of socio-economic processes;
ON 7 Develop research programs in terms of public and local government, organize the data collection via using quantitative and qualitative methods by aiming to organize the collection and analysis of empirical data and systematize the results of conducted research;
ON 8 Apply in practice in state strategic management tools at various levels of state planning system, development of economic strategy of the state with a help of methods of the strategic analysis;
ON 9 Develop plans of region (sphere/industry) and implement constant monitoring, compare monitoring of data with the development goals and criteria, evaluate the effectiveness and outcome of taken measures, using the methods of strategic analysis, diagnosis methods and calculation in comprehensive assessment of its development;
ON 10 Develop digital transformation strategy of the economy and public administration based on usage of strategic analysis tools; develop a concept of public services’ digitalization, the introducing information security in the current structure of public authorities;
ON 11 Develop training courses in the fields of professional activity, including on the basis theoretical and empirical researches’ results, including development of tutorials, teaching materials, manuals and textbooks; provide classes on economic courses and educational work in the fields of professional activity; conducting research work in an educational organization, including the management of research work of students;
ON 12 Identify and formulate of personal development the problems, that are professional growth and the requirements of labor market; goal formulation of professional and personal development, dialogue with the wider scientific community and employers about management problems, types, methods, technology management consulting, areas of application of these methods and their limitations.
