QUALIFICATION
- Scientific and pedagogical direction - Doctor of Philosophy (PhD)
MODEL OF GRADUATING STUDENT
1. scientifically analyze socially significant problems, research methods, translate methodologies for integrating interdisciplinary knowledge, draw conclusions upon completion of his doctoral dissertation;
2. determine priority theoretical concepts in social pedagogy, applied or theoretical tasks for organizing a social-pedagogical experiment in integration with innovative technologies for the formation of professional competencies of students and researchers;
3. compare various socio-pedagogical concepts and evaluate their effectiveness from the standpoint of the competitiveness of the national model of education;
4. illustrate the application of knowledge of mathematical and statistical research methods in the field of social pedagogy;
5. use a competency-based approach to determining the purpose, content and technology of socio-pedagogical education, the technology of active, interactive, and innovative teaching of social pedagogy;
6. choose adequate methodological approaches, teaching and upbringing methods, creatively solve problematic social and pedagogical tasks;
7. determine the mission and goals of the organization of a socio-pedagogical profile; analyze the strengths and weaknesses of the organization of education in a competitive environment, develop and implement on this basis a strategy for its development;
8. compare technologies for ensuring the effectiveness of state programs for the development of education, predict parameters for improving the quality of these programs, and the implementation of digital technologies in the educational environment; establish feedback with students using digital technologies;
9. to form a vital leadership position of the future teacher as an important factor in spiritual and moral education in order to develop moral values, form emotional and moral competence, as well as skills for developing empathy, managing one's emotions, interacting with other people based on respect, tolerance and justice and developing spirituality;
10. carry out continuous education to participate in scientific seminars, conferences, advanced training courses and other educational events to expand their competencies, use the methods of tolerant communication to create an inclusive atmosphere in the scientific and educational environment, where each participant feels respected and accepted.
