QUALIFICATION

MODEL OF GRADUATING STUDENT
1. to analyze living organisms using specialized equipment, technologies and methods, including telemetric devices, global positioning systems, proteomic and genetic technologies, polymerase chain reaction and computer simulation; analyze living organisms using specialized equipment, technologies and methods, including optical equipment, proteomic and gene technologies, polymerization chain reaction and computer simulation;
2. to apply the results of work in accordance with specially regulated standards; carry out a feasibility study of biotechnological production and draw up feasibility documentation;
4. to search, critically analyze, summarize and systematize scientific information, to set research objectives and choose the best ways and methods to achieve them;
5. to develop research projects in the field of microbiology, biotechnology, genomics, bioinformatics, molecular and cell biotechnology, using the methods of mathematical modeling, as well as experimental and computational approaches;
7. to conduct laboratory and field research to expand scientific knowledge of living organisms and obtain new information, test hypotheses to solve environmental, agrobiotechnological issues in order to develop new products and methods for pharmacology, agriculture and environmental protection;
10. to generalize results of collecting samples and facts characterizing the state and development of human, microorganisms, animals and plants, study of their origin, development, chemical forms, structures, composition, life and reproductive processes;
11. to choose specialized research methods in the professional field and reasonably submit to the scientific community for consideration and further discussion at conferences;
12. to practice molecular-genetic, bio-informational methods for molecular-genetic diagnosis, construction of phylogenetic trees and identification of target genes used in medicine, ecology and agriculture to build 3-D models
