1. Integrate knowledge and skills to effectively conduct radiological examinations and interpret their results, conduct differential diagnosis based on the application of the principles of evidence-based medicine at all levels of medical care in order to achieve optimal results for the patient.
2. Conduct high-tech research in imaging diagnostics, taking into account standards and evidence-based practice in medical care, a personalized approach based on the application of knowledge in neuroradiology, oncoradiology.
3. Use modern information-digital and innovative technologies in visual diagnostics, including the capabilities of artificial intelligence, and healthcare information systems to solve professional problems, increase their effectiveness in ensuring the safety and quality of medical care.
4. Effectively use communication skills to establish positive and trusting relationships with patients and their families (or legal representatives) in the process of performing diagnostic procedures for diseases, initiating appropriate interventions. including in emergency conditions, screening studies of risk groups.
5. Apply knowledge of the basic principles of human behavior and the psychology of patients to effectively communicate and manage the diagnostic process in an ethical and ethical manner, demonstrating teamwork with other healthcare professionals.
6. Timely and effectively provide specialized and highly specialized medical care in emergency and life-threatening conditions, including emergencies, natural and man-made disasters, pandemics.
7. Evaluate the effectiveness and safety of the applied diagnostic studies based on the application of knowledge on radiation safety, the rationality of diagnosis, measures to protect the rights of the doctor and patient, guided by the regulatory legal acts that determine the activities of organizations and medical workers in the field of health protection.
8. Follow the highest standards of professional responsibility and integrity, focus on personal growth and lifelong learning.
9. Analyze and critically evaluate professional literature, formulate research questions, effectively use international databases in their daily activities, participate in scientific research aimed at advancing knowledge in the field of human health and improving the quality of life.
