MODEL OF GRADUATING STUDENT

to synthesize sociological theories to interpret demographic phenomena, apply social measurement procedures using statistical methods and methodological techniques for obtaining empirical data on the state of socio-demographic processes;
2. to apply the learned scientific methods of collecting demographic information, use geoinformation methods, mathematical modeling to assess the design of research on socio-demographic processes;
3. to analyze and interpret data of domestic and foreign statistics on social structure and demographic changes, conduct statistical analysis of demographic data using application packages (SPSS, Stata) to identify trends in sociological indicators;
4. to make and evaluate models using latent signs, analyze the results of calculations and substantiate the findings, be willing to act in unusual situations, to bear social and ethical responsibility for the decisions made;
5. to develop and analyze social indicators of targeted programs to improve the socio-economic situation of the population, to apply in practice methods of latent-class analysis using the statistical package LatentGold 4.0 .;
6. critically evaluate the modern social and cultural reality, analyze the experience of the youth movement, the social responsibility of leaders, the current state and ways of formation and development;
7. to classify and compare various methodological approaches to the study of modern social phenomena and processes, the possibility of their application in their own research, develop a research methodology and formulate practical tasks arising in the course of scientific research;
8. to synthesize the priorities and goals of modern social policy, propose ways to achieve them taking into account the criteria of socio-economic efficiency, risk assessment, forecast macro-and micro-social, migration phenomena and processes and their socio-demographic consequences.
