MODEL OF GRADUATING STUDENT

1.to demonstrate deep knowledge of theories, concepts and approaches and trends reflecting the recent advancement and development of political science and related fields in both their current research and future teaching activities;
2. to apply the expertise in and research methods of political science to generate new and interpret knowledge that would relevant and reflective of the current demands;
3. to have a systematic understanding to fulfill both standard and non-standard professional tasks for maintenance of peace in a multicultural society using psychological theories and communication technologies in foreign languages;
4. to apply the methods and techniques of political analysis using various types of scholarly inquiry design in their own research on domestic and international politics;
5. to analyze the strategic and integration policies of the USA and EU, the states of Aisa, post-Soviet space and the geopolitical region of Central Asia amidst transformations and developments of the current international politics;
6. to plan and fulfill independently management tasks of psychological character within public administration institutions and political organizations;
7. to suggest technocratic solutions of political problems in new and unfamiliar conditions tht would be scholarly and theoretically grounded;
8. to carry out expertise, diagnostics, forecasts of political processes using various conflict resolution strategies, foreign-language skills in intercultural and professional contexts;
9. to identify the significant social developments and their acute perceptions facilitate decision-making of political nature including those relating to their future teaching professional activities;
10. to draft political and legal documents of a strategic and tactical nature for multilateral domestic and foreign policy of Kazakhstan using information resources and technologies in foreign languages;
11. to provide consulting services and analytical support to political parties, public organizations, business, media and other political actors;
12. to ensure the effectiveness of higher education using conventional and innovative methods while teaching courses on socio-political fields in accordance with the national heritage and values of Kazakhstan.
