ON1 Carry out research activities in the professional field of national, world history of historical demography, history of cultural heritage, demonstrate deep knowledge of the current state and trends in the development of scientific knowledge in the field of methods and tools of historical research;;
ON2 To create prospects for the application of new approaches that have emerged in the “new historical science” (microhistorical, macrohistorical historical and anthropological, etc.) and ways of constructing interdisciplinary approaches in modern science and applying a heuristic research model;
ON3Analyze the evolution and transformation of historical research methods and distinguish strategies for applying interdisciplinary methods to related social and humanitarian disciplines (history of mentality, anthropology, psychology, philology, linguistics);
ON4 Demonstrate a systematic understanding of modern research practices based on modern interdisciplinary approaches and analyze the evolution of interdisciplinary methods and the prospects for their application within areas of historical knowledge;
ON5 Analyze and compare scientific approaches and major trends in the field of national and world history and interpret the essence of new approaches to the study of the fundamental problems of the socio-economic, political, constitutional and legal development of foreign countries;
ON6 To formulate the principles of research of ethnic, ethno cultural and demographic processes of the national state and integrate the knowledge gained and explain the features of the scientific concept of use in the cognitive and professional activities of the historical demography of Kazakhstan;
ON7 Plan research, including familiarization with the subject of research, justification of the goal, research objectives and methods of historical research and the use of specific logical and mathematical methods, social and humanitarian, as well as natural sciences;
ON8 Master the research procedures and methods of integration into the world educational system of original scientific research as hermeneutic, intuitive-personal, truth layers;
ON9 To critically analyze and adapt the cultural heritage, taking into account their historical, political, social, economic, demographic, ethnic, cultural, religious features in the modern educational system;
ON 10 Integrate the knowledge gained for the development of historical science and the solution of standard scientific and professional tasks, differentiate the problems associated with the study and systematization of the main historical tasks, research methods;
ON11 Apply expert and analytical skills for the preparation and processing of information to ensure the practical activity of analytical and research centers, public and state organizations and the media;
ON12 Use the skills to master the technology of establishing professional contacts and development of professional communication, including in English, Turkish and other languages, and determine the prospects and opportunities for the development and transformation of social and humanitarian knowledge in foreign and domestic historical science.
