ON1 To provide recommendations on the applied aspects of historical science as a result of scientific research, using modern methodological tools, innovative methods of processing information on the history, historical demography and cultural practices of the countries of Central Asia and the development of institutional memory;
ON2 To assess scientific material and further use it in the research on the basis of analysis, synthesis, systemic source approach, comparative genetic method, showing the similarity of phenomena as a result of demographic and migration development; comparative, fixing the mutual influence of various objects and phenomena that took place in national history and the countries of Central Asia;
ON3 To conduct interdisciplinary research to obtain a reliable scientific result, using the methodology of innovation to develop a strategy for innovation in the historical process, including a system of necessary scientific factors, conditions, techniques, levers, mechanisms for Big Data innovative digital processing technologies;
ON4 To make analytical reviews on various subject areas of historical science, using a scientific experiment, to investigate scientific results in the process of population reproduction and migration during the intervention of a researcher, by introducing new innovative approaches in non-standard situations;
ON5 To conduct bibliographic and archival source study heuristics using methods of work in archival institutions and work in the field of archeography on the historical demography and history of the countries of Central Asia;
ON6 To evaluate the prospects for the development of scientific trends in historical science on the basis of historiographic retrospective methods based on modeling a scientific system that reproduces the object of research;
ON7 To prepare scientific publications with a high impact factor on topical issues of historical science in the field of the history of Central Asia and demography, based on previous research.
