MODEL OF GRADUATING STUDENT

1.Provide recommendations in the field of science-intensive, regional, labor, social economics as a result of scientific and economic research based on the theories of macro-meso-microeconomics, digital economic and statistical modeling, institutional methodology and evolutionary economics.
2.Make analytical scientific reviews of economic data to solve practical problems in the field of economics and finance, applying the theory of Big Data analysis and machine learning, using modern information technologies and programs for automated collection and analysis of information; visualization of economic data using ICT.
3.Adapt advanced foreign experience in the field of enterprise economics based on the use of theoretical and applied methods and models of macro- and microeconomics, statistical and econometric methods, methods of spatial and regional research, cluster and institutional analysis, quantitative and qualitative research methods.
4.Plan scientific research in subjects and areas of economics in research and development, using innovation and project management, using network planning and management methods (CRM and PERT).
5.Present scientific research in the field of economics at round tables, international scientific and practical conferences, publish research results in the rating, compose scientific reports on the topics of a research organization and participate in the implementation of the results. To present the results of teaching and research in an arguable and accessible way, to conduct a scientific discussion.
6.To carry out an economic assessment of the interpretation of long-term and medium-term socio-economic, technological and spatial dynamics of the national and regional economy, analyzing large arrays of economic data, using quantitative and qualitative research methods.
7.Designing business processes, investment and innovation projects, applying the methodology for assessing efficiency and sustainability, principles and models of e-business, creating and implementing network economy applications.
8.Identify the main factors of economic growth at the macro, meso, micro levels, select indicators and use the methodology of factor analysis, and interpret the results of the analysis.
9.Form mechanisms for the development of a knowledge-based economy, identifying trends using network infrastructure and digital tools.
10.Analyze and predict the main socio-economic processes, processes in the spatial economy and sustainable development, search and select research methods, conduct research, guided by the principles of scientific ethics.
11.Analyze and synthesize the conditions and factors of human capital management, defining trends using economic and organizational methods of human resource management.
12.Conduct training sessions in economic disciplines in a traditional and remote form, using digital resources with practice-oriented learning, developing methodological support for academic disciplines, assessment tools, topics for practical training in economic disciplines.
