MODEL OF GRADUATING STUDENT
LO1. To conduct academic, research, and methodological activities using modern educational technologies, building an educational process aimed at forming the socialization of individuals based on national and universal values, and ensuring the comprehensive development of students.
LO2. Make analytical scientific reviews of economic data to solve practical problems in the field of economics and finance, applying the theories of Big Data analysis and machine learning, using modern information technologies and programs for automated collection and analysis of information; visualization of economic data using ICT.
LO3. To adapt advanced foreign experience in the field of economics of enterprises on the basis of using theoretical and applied methods and models of macro- and microeconomics, statistical and econometric methods, methods of spatial and regional research, cluster and institutional analysis, quantitative and qualitative research methods.
LO4. Plan research on subjects and areas of economics in research research using innovation and project management, using network planning and management (CRM and PERT) methods.
LO5. Present scientific research in the field of economics at round tables, international scientific and practical conferences, publish research results in rating rooms, compile scientific reports on the topics of the research organization and participate in the implementation of the results. To present the results of training and research in a reasoned and accessible way, to conduct a scientific discussion.
LO6. To carry out an economic assessment of the interpretation of the long-term and medium-term socio-economic, technological and spatial dynamics of the national and regional economy, analyzing large amounts of economic data, using quantitative and qualitative research methods.
LO7. Design of business processes, investment and innovation projects, applying the methodology for assessing efficiency and sustainability, the principles and models of e-business, the creation and implementation of network economy applications.
LO8: Identify the main factors of economic growth at the macro, meso, and micro levels, select appropriate indicators, apply factor analysis methodology, and interpret the results to develop effective economic development strategies.
LO9: Develop mechanisms for the growth of a knowledge-based economy by identifying key trends and opportunities using network infrastructure and digital tools for sustainable economic growth and innovation.
LO10: Analyze and forecast key socio-economic processes, spatial processes, and sustainable development processes in the context of the global economy. Search for and select research methods, conduct research in accordance with the principles of scientific ethics. Develop recommendations and strategies based on the obtained data to ensure sustainable economic growth and societal development at a global level.
LO11: Investigate and summarize the conditions and factors of human capital management, identifying trends in the use of economic and organizational methods of human resource management.
LO12: Conduct educational sessions in economics both in traditional and distance formats, using digital resources and modern educational technologies. Develop and implement interactive teaching methods, ensuring high student engagement and promoting a deep understanding of the material.
