MODEL OF GRADUATING STUDENT

1. Classify and rank current problems and prospects for the development of Turkology as a field of knowledge, its interdisciplinary communication; apply the synthesis and transformation of Turkic and interdisciplinary knowledge to solve educational, research problems.
2. Systematically evaluate a variety of studies in the field of Turkology, analyze handwritten materials of the Kypchak, Oguz and Karluk language groups using modern research methods
3. To carry out scientific design with the use of modern methods of research of monuments of ancient and medieval periods, material and non-material culture of the Turkic peoples who entered and claim to be on the UNESCO list
4. To isolate, formulate actual problems of Turkology, to solve it on the basis of scientific research methods, by attracting new archive materials and manuscripts.
5. To model and design studies of Turkic language groups, to interpret the scientific results obtained by field studies.
6. Apply theories of modern Turkic research, express and justify their position on the results of the research, put forward, argue and solve scientific problems using ancient and medieval manuscript materials;
7. Formulate problems and tasks of scientific research in the field of Turkology, choose the appropriate methodology, determine and classify the historical stages of development of the nomadic civilization;
8. To build the trajectory of the relevance of the master's research, to clearly define the setting of goals and objectives, to justify the research methodology; evaluate and interpret the scientific results obtained.
9. Develop and create educational and research interdisciplinary research projects, develop an implementation plan, reasonably forecast scientific results and conclusions.
10. Systematically represent the programs of planning, organizing and implementing educational activities in certain types of studies (laboratory, practical and seminar classes) on Turkic studies in higher education organizations; demonstrate traditional and innovative educational methods and technologies of teaching Turkic disciplines.
11. To generate innovative ideas, to put forward independent hypotheses, to build the trajectory of professional improvements.
12. Develop your own scientific studies of linguistic, literary and historical features of the Turkic peoples; to draw up the main conclusions of the research project, present the results of the research (in the form of reports, articles, with the involvement of modern research methods of Turkic studies); fluent in linguistic parameters of professional competence.

  • Description - The course examines the main lexical resources, the phonetic and grammatical structure of the language of the ancient Turkic runic monuments in general terms with the medieval and modern Turkic languages. Morphology, composition, phrase, members of a sentence, types of sentences are considered in a comparative historical aspect. Taking into account the linguistic (graphic, phonetic, grammatical) features of the monuments, scientific knowledge of the comparative-historical grammar of the Turkic languages is deepened.

The discipline is aimed at studying the main state documents and materials related to the political, economic, cultural and educational cooperation of Turkic countries and peoples.
