1 ON – Analyze current problems and prospects of Turkic studies, such as education, its interdisciplinary connections;
2 ON – To classify various studies in the field of Turkic studies, manuscripts of the Kypchak, Oguz and Karluk language groups using modern research methods;
3 ON – To carry out research projects based on the material and spiritual culture of the Turkic peoples included in the UNESCO list and seeking to join, using modern methods of studying ancient and medieval monuments;
4 ON – Solve topical issues of Turkic studies based on research methods, new archival materials and manuscripts;
5 ON – Interpret groups of Turkic languages by research and modeling based on scientific results obtained as a result of textual research.
6 ON – Substantiate your position based on the results of the study of ancient and medieval manuscripts in accordance with the theories and concepts of modern Turkic studies;
7 ON – Analyze the tasks and problems of scientific research in the field of Turkic studies, relevant methodology, historical stages in the development of nomadic civilization;

  • Description - The course examines the main lexical resources, the phonetic and grammatical structure of the language of the ancient Turkic runic monuments in general terms with the medieval and modern Turkic languages. Morphology, composition, phrase, members of a sentence, types of sentences are considered in a comparative historical aspect. Taking into account the linguistic (graphic, phonetic, grammatical) features of the monuments, scientific knowledge of the comparative-historical grammar of the Turkic languages is deepened.

History and theory of ancient Turkic writing

  • Description - The purpose of the discipline: the study of Turkic runic graphics, a comprehensive analysis of epigraphic inscriptions found on the territory of Kazakhstan, observations on ancient types of writing and a fundamentally new interpretation of the genesis of the Turkic runic alphabet. The ancient Turkic runic script (Turkic runic) of Southern Siberia, Mongolia, Central Asia and Kazakhstan is considered as a valuable source for the history of Turkic languages and linguists.
