MODEL OF GRADUATING STUDENT

1 ON – Have an interdisciplinary understanding and a multicultural worldview based on a deep understanding of the history and philosophy of scientific thinking as part of a universal culture;
2 ON – Analyze handwritten materials of the Kypchak, Oguz, Karluk, Bulgar language groups and branches of the Eastern Hun using modern research methods in the field of Turkic studies;
3 ON – Carry out scientific projects to study the axiological aspects of Turkic relics, human values, the conceptual picture of the world, the formation of literary genres based on the involvement of new archival materials and manuscripts;
4 ON – Have an idea about the style of the resources of the Turkic languages; know the types of functional styles, orthoepic, spelling, syntactic norms of the English literary language for comparative research and for use in translation practice;
5 ON – Interpret the results of textological research by modeling the Mongolian-Turkic and Slavic-Turkic language relations;
6 ON – Argument your position based on the results of the study of ancient and medieval handwritten materials in accordance with the theories and concepts of modern Turkic studies;
7 ON – To analyze the tasks and problems of scientific research in the field of literature of the Turkic peoples, the historical stages of the development of nomadic civilization; carry out the implementation of scientific projects using modern methods based on the study of the material and spiritual culture of the Turkic peoples included and claiming to be included in the UNESCO list.
8 ON – Assess the trajectory of the relevance of the master's study, determine the goals and objectives, justify the research methodology, reasonably interpret the obtained scientific results;
9 ON – Predict educational and research interdisciplinary projects on the problems of sociolinguistics related to the reform of language policy, language planning, writing in modern Turkic states;
10 ON – Organize educational work, develop curricula, apply traditional and innovative methods and technologies for teaching Turkology for certain types of teaching Turkology;
11 ON – Form innovative ideas, put forward independent forecasts, justify the trajectory of professional development;

  • Description - The course examines the main lexical resources, the phonetic and grammatical structure of the language of the ancient Turkic runic monuments in general terms with the medieval and modern Turkic languages. Morphology, composition, phrase, members of a sentence, types of sentences are considered in a comparative historical aspect. Taking into account the linguistic (graphic, phonetic, grammatical) features of the monuments, scientific knowledge of the comparative-historical grammar of the Turkic languages is deepened.

  • Description - The purpose of the discipline: the study of Turkic runic graphics, a comprehensive analysis of epigraphic inscriptions found on the territory of Kazakhstan, observations on ancient types of writing and a fundamentally new interpretation of the genesis of the Turkic runic alphabet. The ancient Turkic runic script (Turkic runic) of Southern Siberia, Mongolia, Central Asia and Kazakhstan is considered as a valuable source for the history of Turkic languages and linguists.
