About the program
To ensure the training of competitive specialists in the field psychology, capable carrying out successfully research activities at the international level, teaching at universities, and engaging in analytical and expert activities in various public life spheres.
Graduate model
1. Demonstrate fundamental knowledge in various branches of psychology and neuroscience; concepts, paradigms and approaches in the field of theoretical and practical psychology.
2. To interpret theoretical and practical problems in the fields of health psychology, emotions, gender psychology of communication, cognitive neuropsychology and neuroscience.
3. To synthesize professional interests and express scientific ideas in an academic style to prepare speeches at international scientific conferences, publications in highly rated journals.
4. To understand the specifics of modern experimental research and theories in world psychology; the main methodological concepts of cognitive changes and physiological processes in the human psyche.
5. To possess classifications of the main types of cognitive and non-cognitive neuropsychological disorders; basic methods and techniques of neuropsychological research.
6. To conduct scientific and psychological experiments using integrated research methods, hardware procedures, modern computer technologies of psychological modeling in accordance with international professional standards.
7. To conduct a methodological analysis of psychological theories, research methods, standards for conducting psychological research, applied statistics and empirical data to identify and solve research problems, resolve methodological dilemmas in psychology and neuroscience.
8. Critically analyze current trends, basic theories and scientific data of cognitive processes in relation to the brain, and research paths in the field of neuroscience of cognitive processes.
9. To formulate scientific hypotheses on various issues of psychology with the help of qualitative and quantitative approaches in a psychological experiment.
10. To implement the methodology and technique of teaching psychological disciplines, specialized courses based on innovative technologies, author's developments, experimental data on dissertation research.
11. To present the results of educational and research activities in the form of scientific decisions in the areas of psychological experiment in accordance with international ethical standards.
12. To maintain constructive communication with various scientific communities in order to solve methodological issues and research problems in the field of psychology.
