QUALIFICATION
- Scientific and pedagogical direction - Doctor of Philosophy (PhD)
MODEL OF GRADUATING STUDENT
1. think conceptually, to develop the structure and content of new scientific projects in pedagogy and psychology areas of current interest by designing a methodological apparatus of research, pedagogical experiment, qualitative and quantitative data analysis by methods of mathematical statistics;
2. to design school and university educational programs, textbooks and educational documentation, the content of education in general by assessing problems of reforming secondary and higher education in Kazakhstan and making recommendations for deepening the reform of secondary and higher schools;
3. to apply modern psychological theories for intervention in education, identifying problems of the individual in his spiritual, social and personal life, measuring the possibilities of intervention in solving the vital problems of the individual, the activities of psychological services of the educational organization;
4. to analyze current problems of comparative education, educational policy, including on the basis of historical and comparative analysis of the development of education in the countries of the world, and offer scientific recommendations for its solution;
5. to design technologies and testing cards in the field of education, activities to prepare solutions aimed at ensuring the effectiveness of the education system, improving the quality of education;
6. to plan the use of qualimetric assessments at the professional level by implementing the management function within one’s position and solving professional problems in in the interests of the educational organization as a whole;
7. to organize classes in master's and doctoral studies with the implementation of student-oriented training and assessment, creatively realizing oneself in a wide sphere of professional activity, motivating yourself and others to perform professional duties by a responsible attitude to work, a developed sense of civic and professional duty;
8. to assess critically the SMART environment and technologies, digital technologies and neuroscience capabilities for the learning and development of students of the new generation by applying strategies and technologies of innovative scientific and educational activities;
9. to conduct an assessment of students’ research skills analyzing and generalizing psychological and pedagogical information, motivating students for development;
10. to demonstrate an understanding of the socio-ethical values of education and science, based on traditions and social norms, to be based on these values in professional activities, observing the norms of business and scientific-educational ethics, using adequate methods of interaction with various socio-economic, racial, ethical and professional groups, people of all ages and lifestyles.
