MODEL OF GRADUATING STUDENT

LO1 Carry out research and development in the field of Russian philology, based on traditional and new scientific concepts, taking into account the polyparadigmality of modern linguistics and literary criticism.
LO2 Generate new and complex goals, propose new hypotheses and solutions to scientific problems in the field of Russian linguistics and literary criticism on the basis of an independent original approach, on the basis of research design.
LO3 Synthesize and transform philological and interdisciplinary knowledge in the process of solving research problems.
LO4 To independently plan and implement a complex process of scientific research in the field of Russian philology within the framework of modern scientific paradigms and research technologies, providing an original result. Evaluate the validity of the methods used in scientific research of the Russian language and literature.
LO5 To solve non-standard research problems of various levels of complexity at the professional level using conceptual and methodological apparatus of philology and related humanities, to draw reasonable conclusions in the absence of complete data.
LO6 To plan and methodically provide for all forms of training in philological cycle disciplines in educational institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
LO7 Create a scientific work in the field of Russian philology using modern computer technologies, resources of the National Corps of Russian language, lexicographic sources and evaluate it, determine the importance of the product of its scientific activity. Participate in the development of research and development plans and programs, and practical recommendations on the implementation of their results. Draw up reports (sections of the report) on the topic or section of the thesis or research project.
LO8 Present the results of educational, research and project activities in the form of scientific reports, abstracts, abstracts of articles, philological comments, doctoral theses, training and research and scientific projects, etc., both to specialists and to audiences without appropriate professional training.   • Description - The main purpose of "PhD thesis writing and defence": of a doctoral dissertation is the formation of the doctoral students' ability to disclose the content of research work for the defense of the thesis. During the study of course, doctoral student's should be competent in: 1. to substantiate the content of new scientifically grounded theoretical and experimental results that allow to solve a theoretical or applied problem or are a major achievement in the development of specific scientific directions; 2. explain the assessment of the completeness of the solutions to the tasks assigned, according to the specifics of the professional sphere of activity; 3. they can analyze alternative solutions for solving research and practical problems and assess the prospects for implementing these options; 4. apply the skills of writing scientific texts and presenting them in the form of scientific publications and presentations. 5. to plan and structure the scientific search, clearly highlight the research problem, develop a plan / program and methods for its study, formalize, in accordance with the requirements of the State Educational Establishment, the scientific and qualification work in the form of a thesis for a scientific degree Doctor of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) on specialty «8D07502 – Standardization and certification (by industry)».
