LO1 to develop new methods, techniques, approaches to management theory in the course of and as a result of fundamental research in the field of management, using modern scientific and methodological tools of strategic analysis, information and communication technologies, principles and functions of management theory/
LO2 carry out academic, research, scientific and methodological, industrial and social activities, conduct critical analysis of the activities of organizations, develop economic and mathematical models of business management that will have the ability to predict markets, productive activity and profitability of organizations/
LO3 develops and implements modern creative management technologies using soft tools, significant management functions, digitalization and artificial intelligence, contributing to the development of the organization, increasing its efficiency and competitiveness, improving the image and reputation;
LO4 develop methodological support for the educational process, organize and conduct all types of educational classes taking into account the principles of student-centered learning and assessment/
LO5 to introduce pedagogical innovations into the educational process in accordance with global trends in the direction of higher and postgraduate education in the field of management/
LO6 to identify new directions for the development of educational programs and the development of scientific schools, research methodology, and strategies for the development of modern science in the national and global context/
LO7 integrate interdisciplinary knowledge into the research process, contribute through original research, expand the scope of existing knowledge in the field of management, and reflect it in national and international peer-reviewed publications/
LO8 conduct scientific discussions taking into account scientific ethics and within the framework of corporate culture with the broad scientific community and employers on management issues, types, methods, and technology of management consulting; present research results to the scientific community, interact with society correctly, tolerantly, and effectively.
