1. demonstrate a systematic understanding of scientific information on Geoecology, theoretical knowledge in the field of environmental problems of different scales, the successful development of modern methods of management and optimization of environmental management;

7. evaluate the technologies of liquidation of consequences of emergency floods of oil and oil products from the standpoint of stability of landscapes and their components to contamination by oil and oil products based on the composition of pollutants and environmental conditions;
8. assess the conditions of sustainable subsoil use in the economy of Kazakhstan and the world;
9. build a system of facts about the global pollution of the oceans and justify the formation of global pollution by microplastics;
10. recommend a system of models that most fully reflect the main relationships in the natural and economic systems and allow to assess the dynamics of their development to select the optimal solution for environmental management;
11. generate methods of interpretation of the results of multivariate statistical model of component analysis to identify the system factors of formation of natural and technical systems;
12. determine the direction of further personal and professional development to develop independent solutions and alternatives to ensure full consideration of the geoecological characteristics of the region in the design of economic activities.

The objectives of the discipline are to introduce the features of academic genres (annotation, abstract, analytical review, as well as messages about a scientific event (conference)); to determine the main goals of analytical text processing; to teach to analyze texts on professional topics. Studying the course will allow doctoral students to carry out professional activities related to searching for information in scientific databases, analyzing and referencing texts, working with various genres of academic writing; performing a comparative analysis of the scientific text in Russian and English to develop the ability to overcome socio-cultural difficulties caused by ignorance of the specifics of the English-language scientific style.

  • Description - The discipline is formation of doctoral deep knowledge of the basic ecological and economic aspects of the organization of economic activity and the effective use of natural and man-made systems, skills of applying the knowledge to improve the ecological and economic efficiency of use of natural resources and optimize the ecological and economic efficiency of natural and man-made systems. When studying the discipline, the following topics will be considered: Geoecology as an interdisciplinary scientific direction that studies the ecosphere as a system of geospheres in the process of its integration with society. Technogenic geochemical anomalies and human health. Geotechnogenic and natural-technogenic systemы (GTS, NTS), the main phases and stages of their development. Geoecological aspects of NTS functioning. Global and regional environmental problems. Implementation of the concept of sustainable development: environmental component.

Geosystem Basics of Environmental Management

  • Description - The purpose of the discipline is formation of doctoral deep system knowledge about the need to master the natural mechanisms of self-regulation of Nature as the main prerequisite for sustainable development of modern mankind with the implementation of the ideas of L. von Bertalanfi and I. Prigozhin that the nature of the earth's surface - is a stable non-equilibrium open system. When studying the discipline, the following topics will be considered: Basic principles of natural environment management based on the achievements of Cybernetics and laws identified in the study of space-time organization, structure, evolution of geosystems and geographic shell as a whole. The concept of adaptive management of geoecosystems as an external impact on the geosystem in order to change in the right direction the main indicators of its state (biodiversity index, concentration of harmful substances, etc.).

  • Description - The purpose of the discipline is to establish a system of theoretical knowledge about the essence of geo-ecological optimization of nature management as a long-term strategy to ensure both the protection of nature, rational use of natural resources and the transformation of the natural environment, methods of realization of its basic principles in regulating human impact on nature through the construction of economic and statistical models for estimating the effectiveness of planned activities and environmental assessment of their impact on the environment. When studying the discipline, the following topics will be considered: methodical and software solutions of optimization problems of resource allocation and the analysis of the dynamics of natural-human systems based on the construction of graph models that facilitate study of complex systems all environmentalists, even without special mathematical training. Pentl and a model of multidimensional statistics – component analysis – as a method of constructing hypotheses to identify natural and anthropogenic factors of geoecosystem formation. When studying the discipline, the following topics will be considered: Methods of constructing a grid model of the territory for the transformation of cartographic information into quantitative, brief theory of methods, the formation of a database of initial data, the interpretation of the results, territorial differentiation on the blocks of the grid model of the intensity of anthropogenic impacts on geoecosystems (objective function) or the intensity of the manifestation of system-forming factors; objectification of the espert evaluation scales of the impact of anthropogenesis by combining expert and statistical models.

When studying the discipline, the following topics will be considered: Oil, gas, petroleum products as global geoecological factors that have a significant impact on the environment. Impact on the environment and the biosphere as a whole of oil and gas production — exploration, production, transportation and processing of oil and gas, production and consumption of petroleum products. Stochastic and Dynamic Models of Geoecosystems

  • Description - The purpose of the discipline is to form a system of theoretical knowledge about the specific features of modeling as a tool for identifying and resolving socio-geoecological contradictions; system recommendations and selection criteria of mathematical models, the possibilities and limitations of modeling, types and varieties of stochastic, dynamic, graph, optimization, as well as generalized mathematical models suitable for simulation and analysis of systems. Discipline has its own subject, terminology and research methods. When studying the discipline, the following topics will be considered: Methodological bases of modeling. Elementary geosystems as object of modeling. Principles of modeling of geosystems. Stochastic models of environmental systems. A method of pattern recognition. Matrix model. Dynamic model. Methods of realization and examples of construction of dynamic models of elementary systems. The theory of sign, oriented, weighted graph as a simulation of the catastrophe theory for the implementation of abrupt changes in the state of the geecosystem with a smooth change of parameters.
