QUALIFICATION

MODEL OF GRADUATING STUDENT

Upon completion of this program, it is expected that graduates will be able to:
1. Demonstrate a systematic understanding of the scientific foundations of the service sector, using innovative research methods and approaches in the field of tourism and hospitality
2. Demonstrate the ability to analyze, design and implement a comprehensive research process in the field of tourism and hospitality using a variety of scientific tools, including the capabilities of artificial intelligence.
3. Develop original criteria and comprehensive methods for assessing the tourist potential of territories, effectively interact in a research group, carrying out information transfer, generating ideas, monitoring activities, public scientific discussions;
4. Organize and conduct training sessions taking into account the principles of student-centered learning and evaluate them on the basis of the basic requirements for planning and organizing the educational and scientific process in OVPO, as well as introduce modern pedagogical innovations into the educational process in accordance with global trends in tourism and hospitality.
5. To lead and/or participate in the implementation of research and development work of young scientists in the field of tourism and hospitality, applying strategies for the development and support of research activities, including the publication activity of young scientists
6. Develop a project based on the terms of reference in the field of tourism and hospitality in accordance with the regulatory and technical documentation and using Big Data tools. to provide scientific support for the development, promotion and implementation of a tourist product, including expert assessment of scientific and applied projects in the hospitality industry;
7. To modify, by adapting, improving and introducing innovations, the technological processes of creating and promoting a national tourist product, taking into account the variability of the priorities of the hospitality sector, as well as with the data of studies of the natural resource potential of the country, individual regions and regions for the purpose of rational nature management
8. Analyze and systematize global dynamic processes and features of the development of the hospitality market for the design of domestic development programs at the state, regional and local levels.
9. Develop programs for monitoring and quality control of tourism and hospitality enterprises using global criteria and service standards.
10. To present, using modern technologies, the results of scientific, educational, professional and practical activities in the form of reports, reports, abstracts, scientific articles, etc. to a wide range of specialists and non-professional audience in a multilingual environment;
11. To assess tourism and recreational resources, the territorial organization of tourism, planning and forecasting of its development at the country and regional levels, in order to enhance the presentability and formation of the national tourism brand of Kazakhstan.
12. Promote creative solutions, including through communication with the professional community, using advanced media technologies, media, knowledge of foreign languages, publications in mass and specialized highly rated scientific publications.

The following will be studied: technologies of creating electronic educational resources, including massive open online courses (MOOCs) in the field of hospitality and tourism, taking into account current international trends, the possibilities of international educational platforms.

The following will be studied: the content and specificity of the sci-ence of tourism; paradigms of scientific research in the past and in current historical period; the system of training, professional devel-opment and certification of scientific personnel; methodology and methods of transfer of knowledge and skills, issues of copyright and intellectual property in relation to tourism.
