4. synthesize sociological theories for the interpretation of socio-economic phenomena using statistical methods to develop HR strategies and assess the responsibilities of the head;
5. to develop the design and methodology of sociological research in the organization for the analysis and forecasting of modern social and economic processes;
6. to design corporate programs for social security of employees and solving problems of personnel policy;
7. to develop strategic management solutions using labor conflict resolution technology;
8. apply modern and international technologies in the field of human resource management, taking into account the behavioral characteristics of people and groups in a modern organization;
9. to form a corporate social responsibility policy taking into account the principles and methods of doing business at the global, local level;
10. implement a policy of motivation and stimulation of personnel, taking into account the factors of the external and internal environment of the organization.
