. to synthesize sociological theories for the interpretation of socio-economic phenomena, to use their knowledge in the field of the regulatory framework for the active development of personnel strategy; to plan and predict changes in the labor potential of the organization, to assess the current state of staffing, to comprehensively analyze the current problems of personnel management in the organization and the relationship between the management of the organization as a whole and its personnel;
2. analyze behaviors and performance that demonstrate increased competence in decision-making, group leadership, oral and written communication, critical thinking, problem solving, planning, and teamwork, and evaluate the relationship between HR functions and operations and organizational strategies, structures, and culture;
3. to use modern technologies of personnel management and effectively implement them in their professional activities, to form and maintain a comfortable moral and psychological climate in the organization and an effective organizational culture;
4. to diagnose the features of the organizational behavior of people and groups in a modern organization, to analyze the vertical and horizontal constructs of the organization, to design the key elements of the organization and self-organization, management activities in the analysis of a specific case, to use the main methods of analysis and conflict resolution, to develop conflict management algorithms that can prevent them at the stage of a pre-conflict situation;
5. identify and analyze trends in the social development of organizations and personnel, develop corporate programs for social security of employees and solving problems of personnel policy; analyze sociological and socio-psychological problems of the functioning of organizations using theoretical approaches to the study of various aspects of the functioning of organizations, assess the importance of intercultural and intercultural leadership, as well as sensitivity to various social, ethical;
6. use methods of social diagnostics and monitoring, technologies for designing and forecasting social processes in the business environment, taking into account potential risks, develop research projects for setting and solving organizational and managerial tasks, including those that are outside the immediate sphere of activity;
7. design the design of sociological studies of Kazakhstan's markets using the main theoretical models, quantitative and qualitative methods for the analysis and forecasting of modern social and economic processes;
8. to collect, process, analyze and systematize information on the research topic, to prepare a review, a scientific report and scientific publications on current problems of social and labor relations, to apply the main methodological approaches to determining effective mechanisms for the implementation of social responsibility and methods of sociology for the analysis of social and labor relations.
