Training of scientific and pedagogical personnel with theoretical and applied knowledge, capable of developing and implementing operational and strategic human resource management systems.

1. to use the methods of scientific and analytical worldview to form cognitive strategies;
2. apply modern, innovative and digital education technologies;
3. to evaluate analytical tools used in various fields of science for decision-making in non-standard management situations;
4. synthesize sociological theories for the interpretation of socio-economic phenomena using statistical methods to develop HR strategies and assess the responsibilities of the head;
5. to develop the design and methodology of sociological research in the organization for the analysis and forecasting of modern social and economic processes;
