MODEL OF GRADUATING STUDENT

Upon completion of this educational program, students are expected to be able to:
ON1 To lead a team, tolerantly perceiving social, ethno-confessional and cultural differences; applying modern pedagogical technologies, sets of methods, techniques and means of teaching historical disciplines, interact with the participants of the educational process and social partners;
ON2 Develop methodological models, technologies and techniques for teaching historical disciplines, applying an analytical and prognostic approach in the study of various methods of teaching history;
ON3 Develop innovative technologies and methods of teaching historical and humanitarian disciplines, select forms and means to ensure the quality of the educational process; apply the principles of pedagogical activity in the teaching of history in general education institutions, educational institutions of primary vocational, secondary vocational and higher vocational education.
ON4 Analyze the activities of educational organizations through peer review in order to develop recommendations for improving the quality of education;
to organize the process of training and education in the field of education using technologies that reflect the specificity of the subject area and the students corresponding to the age and psychophysical features, including their special educational needs; interact with colleagues, parents, social partners, including foreign ones;
ON5 To master and develop modern methods and technologies for organizing educational activities, diagnosing and evaluating the quality of the educational process according to various educational programs;
ON6 Apply criteria-based assessment methods, develop assessment criteria based on the level of preparedness of students, and provide methodological recommendations on the implementation of criteria-based assessment of students' educational achievements as part of updating the content of education.
ON7 To form an educational environment and use professional knowledge and skills in the implementation of innovative educational policy objectives; Differentiate the professional actions of a teacher according to qualification levels; analyze modern theoretical developments in the field of historical education, methods, training technologies, methods and techniques of work;
ON8 Conduct qualification studies and expert evaluation of the program planning, organization and implementation of educational activities in higher education organizations; determine the expected learning outcomes, develop tasks for independent work of students, build a pedagogical process based on a student-centered approach;
ON9 Develop proposals for improving the work of the Department of Education on the organization of advanced training for teachers of higher educational institutions and secondary special educational institutions, for conducting trainings for specialists implementing inclusive education, teaching in the school, external students;
ON10 Develop adapted programs and relevant educational materials in the field of inclusive education in order to achieve a certain social status for all students and to assert their social significance for the development of the most accessible education for everyone in accessible schools and educational institutions;
ON11 Solve professional tasks related to the organization, management and research in the field of inclusive education, be ready to work as leaders, inclusion coordinators, chairmen of councils in inclusive educational institutions, heads of resource centers, methodologists and specialists responsible for the development of inclusive education in the education system
ON12 Understand and evaluate the communicative context of the educational process, apply modern information and communication technologies in the educational process, be able to build professional relationships with colleagues and management; flexibly adapt to non-standard situations.
