ON1 analyze the internal tendencies of the enterprise and, on their basis, form and adjust the strategy for human resource management, including motivational tools and competency management.
ON2 to form a personnel policy and standards on labor relations, the concept of selection, placement, motivation and development of personnel based on the systematization, processing and analysis of data on the state of the labor market, the level of wages, modern methods of motivation and social programs for various enterprises;
ON3. apply professional competencies in the field of personnel management, human resource planning, monetary motivation and non-material incentives for personnel.
ON4 to develop and apply innovative recruiting tools in the field of personnel search, selection and adaptation;
ON5. Apply innovative technologies of the personnel assessment process in the development of corporate, managerial and professional competencies.
ON6 develop marketing programs and strategies for promoting HR brand based on the correct use of strategic marketing tools and internal HR brand.
ON7 to create a system for analyzing the situation and HR-processes related to key functional areas of the business: development and implementation of company development strategies, people and organizations management, finance, innovation, operations and change management, project management;
ON8 to develop its own model of effective human resource management and organizational behavior, including motivation, leadership, group dynamics, conflict management and high corporate culture and corporate social responsibility.
ON9 to build an effective management system by goals, including a balanced scorecard, measuring employee performance, developing his professional and managerial competencies.
ON10 apply technologies for the implementation of HR analytics, development of a strategy in the field of personnel management, a safe workspace and corporate culture of the enterprise.
ON11 build a program for personal growth and conscious development, which will contribute to the formation of instrumental, interpersonal, systemic, personal competencies, management skills - leadership, goal setting, decision-making, time management, the ability to think globally and constantly expand the planning horizon.
ON12 conduct a dialogue with the media, government and public structures and employers about management problems, types, methods, technologies of management consulting, areas of application of these methods and their limitations.
