MODEL OF GRADUATING STUDENT
Upon completion of this program, undergraduates are expected to be able to:
1. Express skills of introspection and constant striving for continuous professional development and foreign language proficiency.
2. The undergraduate demonstrates a deep knowledge and understanding of nursing philosophy and nursing science research methodology.
3. The undergraduate is able to introduce and evaluate pedagogical processes in nursing education using modern teaching methods and ICT.

5. Use the knowledge of psychological methods and means of communication between the leader at the level of the individual and the team to solve psychological problems, incl. in conflict situations.

7. Apply the processing and interpretation of statistical data, incl. using modern computer programs in nursing research.
8. The undergraduate implements communication strategies and methods on ethical and legal issues. The undergraduate adheres to professional ethical principles.
9. The undergraduate uses research results and promotes the application of the best evidence in practice.
10. The undergraduate demonstrates an open-minded attitude towards current nursing practice and promotes its changes, if necessary.
11. The undergraduate has advanced skills and knowledge to assess, plan and use modern technology in the field of nursing.
12. Demonstrate confidence in planning, conducting and evaluating nursing research and scientific publishing.
